Norwich’s Alfie Hewett has won his sixth successive Australian Open wheelchair doubles title.
Along with partner Gordon Reid, he beat Spain’s Daniel Caverzaschi and Frenchman Stephane Houdet in straight sets (6-2 6-4) in the final in Melbourne.
It is their 22nd Grand Slam title as a partnership.
27 year-old Hewett will also play in the wheelchair singles final tomorrow (Saturday 25th January).
He’ll face Japan’s world number one Tokito Oda.
