There are only a few countries that have NOT ratified the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty:
6 are signatories who have not ratified:
China, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Russia and the United States.
They have signed but have not ratified.
3 are non-signatories and have not ratified:
India, Pakistan, and North Korea.
So what are the three countries Marcos going to convince to RATIFY the treaty?
